4. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Our current estimated processing time is 1–2 business days, followed by approximately 2–5 business days in transit.

Business days do not include Sundays or holidays.

Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our current Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must currently be made within 30 days of the date the order was placed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for standard returns, and the applicable return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
